Landscaping & Snow Removal

For the 3rd year in a row, Merrimac HOA has contracted with LA Landscapes to handle both the snow removal and the landscaping of the common areas in Merrimac:

Snow Removal will occur only after a minimum of 2" has fallen.

Naturally efforts will be made to avoid any damage to the right-of-way in front of your residence.  If there is damage done by a snow plow to either the turf near your residence or your mailbox please conact Omni HELP DESK and a repair request will be generated.

NOTE: Turf repairs will all be done at the same time in the spring.
