Landscaping & Snow Removal

2011 brings a new landscape contractor to Merrimac.

Merrimac HOA has contracted with Westfield based Practical Property Group for:

Landscaping maintenance of the common areas in Merrimac

The Merrimac HOA's snow removal responsibilities will be shared by the City of Westfield and Practical Property Group (PPG).

PPG's contract does not call for their services until at least 3" of snow has fallen AND the snow has ceased or is about to cease.

In many cases, the city will provide the service before 3" has fallen, which is a benefit to the members of the Association.

The city does not clear the parking lot or sidewalks at the clubhouse.

This is done by PPG.
