HOA Dues
Annual dues for 2010 are $640.00.
Dues are due and payable in quarterly equal installments of $160.00 as follows:
- January 1st
- April 1st
- July 1st
- October 1st.

IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE MISPLACED YOUR PAYMENT COUPONS, CHOOSE FROM THE APPROPRIATE QUARTERLY COUPON FROM THE FOLLOWING LINKS:
3rd QUARTER 2010 - DUE July 1st, 2010.
4th QUARTER 2010 - DUE October 1st, 2010.
PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO USE THE OLD COUPONS WHICH WERE MAILED TO OMNI/COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BANK.
PLEASE mail your payment in advance of the due date.
To help offset any mailing delays, Merrimac HOA has a generous grace period which allows for payments recieved ON OR BEFORE the 15th of the month they are due to NOT be subject to a late fee.
As a result of this policy, Merrimac HOA does not waive late fees for payments received after the 15th of the month they are due - regardless of the reason.
It is the home/lot owner's responsiblity to choose a payment method which will result in dues being received by the due date or worst case, no later than the end of the grace period.
For your convenience, your may pay your dues using any of the following methods:
1) Traditional check with payment coupont mailed to the following address:

2) ACH (automated checking account withdrawal).
Then submit required information to

3) Online Bill Pay system through your financial institution.
If using your financial institution's online bill pay system, PLEASE BE SURE that your financial institution has the proper mailing address, account information and payment amount programmed.
Merrimac HOA is not responsible for misdirected mail (due to inaccurate mailing address) OR for late mail for any checks which leave your bank after the actual due date of the 1st of the month.
4) Personally deliver your payment to:

When using this method, payments must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. to be processed same day.
Please note that Credit Card payments are currently not accepted. However a web site and system will be put in place to allow for credit card payments beginning January 1st, 2011. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
