HOA Dues
Annual dues for 2012 are $640.00.
Dues are due and payable in equaly quarterly installments of $160.00 as follows:
- January 1st
- April 1st
- July 1st
- October 1st.
Any dues not received on or before the 15th day of the month they are due are subject to a $50.00 late fee. CLICK HERE to view the Merrimac HOA Dues Collection Policies and Procedures.

To help offset any mailing delays, Merrimac HOA has a generous grace period which allows for payments recieved ON OR BEFORE the 15th of the month they are due to NOT be subject to a late fee.
As a result of this policy, Merrimac HOA does not waive late fees for payments received after the 15th of the month they are due - regardless of the reason.
It is the home/lot owner's responsiblity to choose a payment method which will result in dues being received by the due date or worst case, no later than the end of the grace period.
You may pay your dues using any of the following methods:
1) Traditional check with payment coupon mailed to the following address:

Be sure to include your account number with all payments.
Merrimac HOA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of mail.
Please remember payments are due on the 1st of the month they are due.
2) Online Bill Pay system through your financial institution.
If using your financial institution's online bill pay system, PLEASE BE SURE that your financial institution has the proper mailing address, account information and payment amount programmed.
Merrimac HOA is not responsible for misdirected mail (due to inaccurate mailing address) OR for late mail for any checks which leave your bank after the actual due date of the 1st of the month.
3) Personally deliver your payment to:

When using this method, payments must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. to be processed same day.
4) Pay online at www.sentrymgt.com
YOUR Account number is required for online payments.

Landscaping at entrances and common areas
Common area maintenance and insurance
Utility usage for the common areas and street lights
