Q.   Who is responsible for cleaning debris from around the lakes and common areas? 

A.  Omni Management is responsible for taking note of debris and deploying vendors to clean up when any of the common areas need attention.  However, in some situations it may be a while between the property inspection and the time you noticed the debris.

Naturally, if you wish you could always grab some gloves and a bag and help keep Merrimac clean until the management company gets somebody out to do this for us.
