Q. In addition to sending me my bill, what else do they do for us?
A. Omni Management has many responsibilities beyond mananging our accounts payable and accounts receivable. Additional duties include:
- Coordinating services and repairs to the common areas and amenities
- Soliciting bids and annual service contracts for services provided to our Association
- Serving as the Architectural Review Committee
- Assisting in preparation of our our annual budget
- Weekly site visits to inspect the common areas as well as look for obvious violations of the CC&R's
- Handling and distributing communications between the HOA and the Association (not including the Merrimac Manifest)
- Fielding calls for service requests, covenant violations, billing concerns and any other items which homeowner's may call for.
