Q. My mail box needs to be re-painted, replaced or needs new lettering.

Q. Am I required to replace a mailbox with the same design?
A. Section 4.11 of the CC&R’s stipulates that all mailboxes must be of the same design. In addition, no additional designs or ornamentation is permitted on the mailboxes or their supporting posts.
Q. Are there any tips to help maintain the mailbox?
A. Since the original paint is an automotive paint, an application of car wax 1 or twice each year will help preserve the paint on the mail box.
Q. What are the colored dots on the mailboxes?
A. These dots are signals to the newspaper delivery persons as to which day the paper is to be delivered.
