Dues Payments, Late Fees and Collection Policy

Q.  What are my payment options?

A.  Your dues may be paid by check, ACH (automated withdrawal) or

Pay by CREDIT CARD NOTE: Their is a $10 convenience fee charged by Omni to process credit card payments.

Q.  What is the late fee if I don’t pay on time?

A.  If your payment is not received within 15 days of the original due date a $50.00 late fee is added.  View or print the HOA DUES Collection and Procedures Policy  

Q.  What else can happen if I do not pay my dues in a timely manner.

A.  Loss of pool privileges and trash service are the least of your worries if you don’t pay on time. As soon as 52 days from the original due date, homeowners who have not paid their dues are turned over to the association attorney.  They can then expect a minimum of roughly $400 in additional legal fees. Q.   Who pays all those legal fees?

A.  The legal fees and courts costs are paid by the Lot or home Owner in addition to past due annual assessments.

Q. My account is in collections.  Who should I contact to avoid further legal actions and costs or to pay my debt?

A. If your account is in collections you must contact the attorney who handled your account for all concerns.
