Q. Where do I find the forms and where do I send them for approval?
Q. Why is the property manager the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)?
A. Our Covenants do not allow the homeowners to take over the ARC until every last buildable lot has been built upon. Only a change in the Covenants will allow a change to be made.
Q. May I start a project which requires Architectural Review Committee approval without their written approval?
A. No. You must have approval before commencing on a project which requires approval.
Q. Once I submit my request, how long does the ARC have to respond?
A. The ARC has 15 days to respond to your request. This 15 day period begins upon receipt of ALL required documentation stipulated on the ARC approval form.
Q. Do I really have to have additional landscaping, fencing, decks, basketball goals, playsets or other structures approved?
A. Yes. According to Section 9.1.1, Section 4.11 and Section 6.14 of the CC&R’s.
