Directors & Officers
At each Annual Meeting of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association elections are held to select the members of the Board of Directors. After the meeting, the newly elected (or re-elected) members of the Board meet and have internal elections to elect the Officers of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association Inc.
Members of the Board are typically also the officers of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association. Any member may hold more than one office.
These individuals are all volunteers and are not compensated in any way for the generous donation of their time to their community.

Matt Lutz
President and Treasurer
Matt was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004.
Matt served as President of the Merrimac HOA from 2004-2007
Matt served as both President and Treasurer from 2008-2010
Matt was re-elected to serve as President in 2011.
Marc Murphy
Vice President
Mark was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011.

Jason's was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010.

Kim is also Garage Sale Committe Chairperson.
