Directors & Officers
At each Annual Meeting of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association elections are held to determine the members of the Board of Directors. After the meeting, the newly elected (or re-elected) members of the Board meet and have internal elections to elect the Officers of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association Inc.
Members of the Board are typically also the officers of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association. Any member may hold more than one office.
These individuals are all volunteers and are not compensated in any way for the generous donation of their time to their community.

Your 2008-2009 members of the Board of Directors and Officers are as follows:
Matt Lutz
President and Treasurer
Matt was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004.
From 2004-2007 Matt served as President of the Merrimac HOA.
In 2008 Matt was nominated and elected to serve as both President and Treasurer.
Manish Gandhi
Secretary
Manish was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008.
Manish was nominated and elected Secretary in 2008.
Frank Redavide
Vice President
Frank was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008
Frank was nominated and elected Vice-President in 2008.
Bill Mengel
Member-At-Large
Bill was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004.
Between 2004 and 2007 Bill served as either Secretary or Treasurer and for a short while served as both.
Tim Mitchell

Tim was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008.
