Directors & Officers
At each Annual Meeting of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association elections are held to determine the members of the Board of Directors. After the meeting, the newly elected (or re-elected) members of the Board meet and have internal elections to elect the Officers of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association Inc.
Members of the Board are typically also the officers of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association. Any member may hold more than one office.
These individuals are all volunteers and are not compensated in any way for the generous donation of their time to their community.

Your 2010 members of the Board of Directors and Officers are as follows:
Matt Lutz
President and Treasurer
Matt was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004.
Matt served as President of the Merrimac HOA from 2004-2007
Matt was nominated and elected to serve as both President and Treasurer in 2008
Matt was re-elected to serve both President and Treasurer of the Merrimac HOA in 2009 and in 2010.
Tim Mitchell
Vice President
Tim was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008.
Tim served as a Member-At-Large in 2008.
Tim was nominated and elected Secretary in 2009.
Time was nominated and elected to serve as Vice President in 2010.
Kim Burkart
Secretary
2010 is Kim's first year as a member of the Merrimac HOA's Board of Directors.

Jason DePasquale
