Merrimac Clubhouse
The Merrimac Clubhouse is available for Association events as well as private events.
The rental fee for private events is $90.00
There is a separate $100.00 security/damage deposit (separate check required).
Only checks or money orders are accepted for rental charges and deposit charges.
Checks/Money orders shall be made out to Merrimac Homeowner's Association Inc.

In an effort to greatly expedite the rental process for the members of our Association, our professional management company no longer handles the reservation process for Merrimac Homeowner's Association.
RESERVATION REQUESTS and DATE CONFIRMATION are facilitated ONLINE.
Step ONE: View The Clubhouse Reservation & Social Event Schedule: to confirm the date you desire is available.
Step TWO: Submit a request to rent the Clubhouse for your private event!
Requests are replied to as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours - including early evenings and weekends.
PLEASE be sure to include your phone number with your inquiry.

STEP THREE: Due to increased demand for the Merrimac Clubhouse, following notification that the date you have selected is available, you will have 2 days to submit The Merrimac Clubhouse Rental Guidelines and Agreement and both the rental fee and security/damage deposit (both made payable to Merrimac HOA) to the Merrimac clubhouse rental coordinator, Matt Lutz, 14811 Warner Trail, Westfield, IN 46074. If you do not submit your rental agreement and payments within 2 days of notification of availability of your date, your reservation may be cancelled without notice.

The Merrimac Clubhouse features: (See Photos Below)

- 2 leather sofas
- 4 accent chairs
- 3 banquet tables
- Plasma TV with HD Cable
- 15 PIN cable to connect to laptops or projectors.
- DVD Player
- Approximately 25-30 folding chairs
- Men's and Women's restroom facilities.
Rental of the clubhouse does not include pool access, however the Merrimac swimming pool may be used after the posted closing time, provided the renter provides a certified, insured lifeguard and is on the pool deck at all times when any guests or residents are using the swimming pool.
As a convenience, guards may be contracted through Merrimac HOA's pool management company.
