Section 6.16  Electric Bug Killers.  Electric bug killers, "zappers" and other similar devices shall not be installed at a location or locations which will result in the operation thereof becoming nuisance or annoyance to other owners and shall only be operated when outside activities require the use thereof and not continuously.
