The following verbiage is from The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Merrimac, which was filed and recorded with the Hamilton County Recorder's Office.

Section 6.12  Damaged Structures. 

No Residence which has been partially or totally destroyed by fire or otherwise shall be allowed to remain in such state for more than three (3) months from the time of such destruction or damage.
