CC&R's 6.11 Line of Sight

The following verbiage is from The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Merrimac, which was filed and recorded with the Hamilton County Recorder's Office.

Section 6.11 Line of Sight.

No fence, wall, hedge, or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines at elevations between two (2) and six (6) feet above any street, public or private, shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner Lot within the triangular area formed by the street boundaries and a line connecting them at points twenty (20) feet from the intersection of the street lines, or in the case of a rounded property corner, from the intersection of the street property lines extended. No tree shall be permitted to remain within such distance of such intersection unless the foliage line is maintained at sufficient height to prevent obstruction of such sight lines
