Meetings of the Board of Directors

 

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held at the Merrimac Clubhouse and are open to ALL MEMBERS of the Association. 

Association member attendance is encouraged! 

Before each meeting, usually at 7:00 P.M., the Board of Directors conduct a brief private session.  This session usually does not exceed 15 minutes.

During this brief private session, sensitive and confidential matters pertaining to individual homeowners such as delinquencies and potential litigation are discussed.

At the conclusion of the private session, the meeting opens up to all members of the Association.  At this time, all regular and non-confidential business is conducted.


Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors are currently scheduled on the 3rd Monday of each month and begin at approximately 7:15 P.M.

 

2008 Meetings are scheduled as follows:

March 17th.

April 21st

May 19th

June 16th

July 21st

August 18th

September 15th

October 20th

November 17th

December 15th

 

Please note that the meeting schedule is subject to change.   When possible, changes will be published on this site as well as on the yahoo newsgroup.

All notices of meetings which require public display at a prominent location within the neighborhood are posted in the information box to the right of the clubhouse door.
