MINUTES:  Due to the sensitive nature of portions of the content of meeting minutes from meetings of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors has not granted permission to publish these documents online.  HOWEVER, if you would like a copy of minutes from any meeting of the Board of Directors, please contact either the Secretary of the Merrimac Homeowner's Association or our Community Manager.

Naturally, you are always invited to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors at which time you may also view minutes from past meetings of the Board of Directors.
