Architectural Control Applications

Approval is required from the Architectural Control Committe for all construction plans and materials as well additions and enhancements to your lot or home including but not limited to: fences, pools, patios, decks, play equipment, basketball goals, structural additions and landscaping pursuant to Section 9.1.1
