2012 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Merrimac Homeowners Association will be held Monday February 6th at 7:00 PM.

The meeting will take place at the Merrimac Clubhouse and is open to ALL members of the Association.

Agenda items will include but not be limited to:

• State of the Association Report
• Treasurer's Report
• Community Projects Update
• Elections to the 2012 Board of Directors
• Question and Answer Session

Members of the Association are encouraged to seek election to the Board of Directors.  Self Nomination forms will be available for the 2012 Board of Directors once the meeting has been scheduled.
